D’Aria Vineyards (Wines) comprises two wine farms, namely Doordekraal and Springfield.
The history of Springfield dates back to 1698 when the governor of the Cape first granted this farmland, then known as “Hooge Bergs Vallei” (later “Springfield”), thereby making it one of the oldest and most significant farms, not only in Durbanville, but in what will be known as the greater, modern-day Cape Town.
D'Aria Wines are situated at the back of the Tygerberg Hills, mainly in north-facing and east-facing rows. Situated 10km from the Atlantic Ocean, the sea breeze cools the grapes at night after the warm summer days.
Can be enjoyed with light meat dishes, especially white meats, and complements seafood, pizza and pasta, as well as cheese platters and salads.
D'Aria Cabernet / Merlot is a serious Bordeaux red blend that reflects a combination of rich dark red fruits and well balanced oak. A well balanced and elegant wine.

The juicy red fruit and berries on the nose and palate are complemented by hints of French oak.
D'Aria Music Red is a composition of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blended to an accessible, easy-drinking wine for everyday enjoyment.
D'Aria Music Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, crisp wine with tropical fruit aromas and flavours and hints of gooseberries and fig.
A crisp dry Bubbly with a supernova of flavours reverberating out of a cellar with great acoustics.
Nature captured in a craft gin. Unique fynbos botanicals and the clearest spring water from the deep soils of the Durbanville hills at the foot of Table Mountain are used to produce small batches of the fines craft gin.
Rock yourself with this lively and bubbly Shiraz.
The D'Aria Sauvignon Blanc grapes are picked by hand and placed into small lug boxes. At the cellar, berries are again sorted by hand before going into the press.
An interesting blend of fruit-driven Shiraz and a small percentage of Viognier. The spicy characteristics of Shiraz are complemented by the floral notes of Viognier.
