This wine offers a complex array beautiful floral notes of orchids, white fruits, ripe nectarine, pink grapefruit and fig. The palate is relatively lean yet intensely flavoured with racy acidity and a salty finish. Hints of floral oak spice gives the vine an extra layer of depth. Best enjoyed on warm summer days with fresh oysters, linefish, or on its own.
WINE GROWING & VINIFICATION
The grapes come from selected vineyard parcels which showcase more fruit driven aromas. The grapes are hand-picked, destemmed and gently crushed into a press. The juice is allowed to settle naturally over 24 hours after which we inoculate with selected yeast to enhance our fruit profile. Fermentation takes place at 14 to 16 Celsius. After fermentation the wine is aged with French oak for four months.
