Nose: Red berry fruit such as mulberry, blackberry and some cassis. Together with wet earth and stone notes combine to entice with a very classically styled aroma profile.
Palate: Finely tuned tannins interwoven with beguiling flavours of our unique Polkadraai vines make this blend a wonderful first in our portfolio. This is a wine with a very elegantly styled structure, but still one that will test the passage of time and most certainly reward the patience of its holders.

Cabernet Franc leads this fresh, finessed and finely balanced red blend. Made from grapes grown exclusively on Mulderbosch, it is the culmination of our soils, our farm and our home.
