Fresh strawberries and Rose petals with a clean dry, crisp red fruit driven finish.
Vinification – Picked at MCC ripeness to preserve the natural acidity and red strawberry fruit. Destemmed and crushed with an immediate soft pressing to ensure very little tannin and colour. Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 12 - 14°ŸC.
