The palate is light with plenty of fruit and a medium weight with a balanced acidity which translates in to a long lingering freshness.
An ideal match with fresh line fish served with lemon butter, pasta with pesto, green vegetables with mild vinaigrettes, and great with goat’s milk cheese.
